Buddies

It took Reese a little while before she trusted Sam to not try to pull anything or hurt her. But now they are best buds. Which is makes us so very happy. That's exactly what we were looking for in a dog.

Reese is sometimes allowed on the couch/beds. But only if she's invited by one of use. Here she and Sam are watching some TV. This is one of my favorite pictures even though it's a little bit dark and Reese blends into our blue couch a bit. It still warms my heart!
Hugs for his girl!

Playing doctor

Reese lets Sam play doctor with her. He knows to be very gentle. Here he is looking in her ears. His doctor always says that Elmo is in his ear so this is what he tells Reese too. It's pretty darn cute if I do say so myself!
Now he's listening to her heart. She's such a good girl!

After Work in the Front Yard

One of our favorite things to do after work is to go outside and play. This was a nice day, but even when it's hot, Reese prefers to be with us outside.
Where'd they go?
Reese loves her daddy very much!
Here is how she "plays". Reese doesn't have much play drive. I don't think I've evern seen her with a toy in her mouth. She doesn't play tug of war or fetch. But that's OK. With so many kid toys around our house it's nice to know she won't bother them.
This is Reese's spot in our downstairs. She most often can be found here or by one of the vents in the floor.

Alright! Here we go! Reese loves to be outside with us. Here we are just hanging out on the back deck after work. I had to throw something off the deck to make her pose like this. She is a bit camera shy.

She looks very fluffy in the picture. She's lost nearly all this coat now with the spring coat blow.

She sees something interesting.... probably a squirel. We have lots of those. Although they don't hang out in the yard anymore!

OK.... still getting used to posting and making sure the text and pictures are where I want them to be. Hang in there I'll get it eventually! Here are some more pictures.

Here is Reese responding to a "come!"

Pretty Girl

Some pictures of Reese around the house and in the yard.

It's about time!

Hi all,
I know these pictures have been a long time coming. Here are some pictures of Reese hanging out with our family. Not many pictures of me since I'm the one behind the camera. Enjoy!

Here is a picture from several years ago of a good friend of mine, Megan, me and two of her boys. Megan and Trixie are the ones on the left (darker brown horse) and me and Leo are on the right (lighter brown horse). We were on a charity trail ride for the United States Equine Rescue League. Leo is actually a rescued mustang and is the BEST boy! I miss him since he went to live in New Jersey.

Our Other Furbabies

This is our Jack Russel Keepers when she was 6 years old. She passed away 3 months ago from kidney failure. She was a very special girl that graced my life for 13 years. I miss her every day but know she is in a better place now.

This is Grace (tux) and Pheobe (calico). They are our wonderfull Kitty girls.
